Maidenhead Farmers' Market celebrated its tenth anniversary on 13 September 2009.
The market takes place every second Sunday of the month in the Grove Road car park behind the town hall from 10am until 1pm. Free parking is available in the Town Hall car park opposite.
July 2010 Children have fun too! Children from Lowbrook Primary school participated at the July market - they'd helped to bake biscuits, make jam and pick fruit from cherry trees planted in the school grounds.
Children in charge!
Take a break and enjoy hot refreshments at the al fresco seating! SAVE MONEY TOO! Visit the tea stall at the market to sign up to our Customer Loyalty Scheme. You can qualify for a £5 voucher to spend at the market after six visits! We also participate in the Royal Borough's new Recyclebank scheme whereby residents can cash in their points for a £5 voucher to spend at the market. March 2009 saw the launch of the market's own branded "eco-shoppers" made possible by a grant from the Heathrow Community & Environment Awards. Customers received free bags and carriers to help cut down on the numbers of plastic bags used. Insulated shoppers, ideal for keeping purchases cool until you get home, are still available from the tea stall.
